Protein pancakes

Protein pancakes

1. Put half a cup of egg whites in a blender. Next add in one egg. 

2. Add 3/4 cup of oats

3. Blend it (you don't have to blend on hi, low to medium is fine). Before I blend, I have my tflan pan already on the element, on medium temp. 

4. Once done blending, spray pan with Pam. Dump blender contents into pan. Grab a handful of blueberries and sprinkle them onto the pancake. Also sprinkle cinnamon onto pancake. 

5. Cook roughly 2 min and flip

6. Once done, add syrup and enjoy
